What ResponseWindow is

ResponseWindow is a fictional, turn-based disaster response simulation for education and entertainment. Scenarios, cities, and outcomes are game content produced by a simulation engine — they are not professional emergency-management advice.

Not real emergency guidance. Never rely on ResponseWindow in an actual emergency. In a real emergency, follow official guidance and contact your local emergency services.

Your account

• Provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Free and paid features

Much of ResponseWindow is free to play today. Some features are, or may become, paid or access-gated, and what is free versus paid may change over time. Paid access is currently arranged directly with us; any future purchase flow will carry its own purchase terms.

Fair play and acceptable use

• Don't disrupt or degrade the service, probe or abuse the API, or evade rate limits.
• Don't access or attempt to access other people's accounts or data.
• Don't automate leaderboard play or misrepresent results.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful.

Content

• The game — its scenarios, engine, art, and text — belongs to ResponseWindow. You get a personal, non-transferable license to play.
• Feedback you send us can be used to improve the product without restriction or compensation.

Beta status, warranties, and liability

ResponseWindow is under active development: features may change, break, or be suspended without notice. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Ending your use

• You can delete your account at any time from the Account menu; deletion and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy .
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes and contact
